BrainCert.com was founded in 2002 by the brothers Yasin Rahim, and Fazil Rahim. They both hold several certifications and professional training from vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, Novell, IBM, HP, CompTIA, CISSP, and so on. Inspired by the technology, certification needs, training, and learning techniques, the Rahim brothers set out to develop a website to meet the demands of online testing, and BrainCert.com was born.
